Motocross Coaching Video - Jumping Rhythm Sections
Motocross coaching for rhythm sections are all about options. When you are comfortable and confident in your own skill level and have a solid technique base you should be able to attack rhythm sections in a number of ways. Remember only progress as your ready!

ONE: Roll through first of all to have a good look at all the jumps at a slower speed.

TWO: Roll all the way through and double the last 2 out. The reason you double the last 2 is that if you do get a little out of shape there are no more jumps to follow.

THREE: Next up you could try to double you way through the section. Keep in mind once you have doubled the first 2 smooth consistent use of the throttle will keep the flow going.

FOUR: After plenty of practice and when your comfortable you may want to step it up to the next level. Which in this particular rhythm section would be to double the first 2 then triple out. Make sure you are completely ready for this before you try it.
