Motocross Coaching Video - Jumping Tabletops
Outdoor tabletops are really the next step from basic outdoor style jumps. The biggest difference is now your working towards landing on a down ramp. This brings in the element of being able to judge your distance accurately.

ONE: On the approach stay in the central standing position and as you hit the upramp allow the handlebars to come up to your chest.

TWO: Use a little more throttle on the upramp to compensate for how much steeper it is than a ski jum.

THREE: Work you way along the top to help build your confidence and get a feel for how the bike balances out in the air. Once your landing near the end of table top safely every time it is up to you when you want to go that bit further to smoothly land on the downramp.
