Your vision is an extremely important part of riding your dirt bike. If you can't see where you're going you won't be able to hit the hot lines and you are at risk of crashing. By spending some time prepping your goggles properly you will have a much better view of what's coming up on the track. There are many options with prepping your goggles but the most common is loading tearoffs.

ONE: Choose which type of tearoff you are going to use. Regular or laminated.

TWO: Make sure your goggles are clean and dry before loading. Always load tearoffs with the tab to the left side of the goggle.

THREE: Take your time when pulling the tearoff so you don't remove the whole stack in one grab. Choose your spot on the track wisely where you will use them. Most pro riders will pull them in the air off a jump but if you are not confident to do this wait until the slowest part of the track to pull the tearoff.
