Motocross Coaching Video - Berms
When it comes to cornering on motocross tracks berms are for sure the most used option. In this video we will cover a few different ways to attack a berm.

ONE: On your entry try to get take choose a nice wide line so that the corener is opened up and you can keep some entry speed.

TWO: Time to sit. Where and how you sit is very important in a berm. Try to sit down after the last braking bump or where you want to turn the hardest. To sit you want to lift your inside foot off the peg bend your elbows and sit toward the front of the seat. Keep your foot near the front axle and toes pointing forward.

THREE: Mid turn you want to turn your head and look through the turn and start to roll the gas on.

FOUR: Every exit will be different so you will need to attack the exit accordingly. It will all depend on what obstacles you have coming up to how you attack these.
